Ordering

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

Q. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping outside of Japan starts from USD$10.

Q. Can I change or cancel my order?

We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible, so we generally cannot change or cancel orders. If you made a mistake and need to change the shipping address or product, please contact us promptly by replying to the order confirmation email.

Q. How can I confirm my order?

Once your order is completed, you will receive an automatic order email from BECOS. If you are a registered member, you can also check your order details on My Page

Q. Why haven't I received my order confirmation email?

If you are using a free email provider such as Gmail, Yahoo Mail, or Outlook, your email may be automatically sorted into the junk mail folder. Please change your settings so that emails from us ( info@thebecos.com ) are not sent to your junk mail folder.

Q. What if there is a problem with my order?

If there is a problem with the item you received, please reply to the order confirmation email with the following three items. If you cannot find your order confirmation email, please search for any email sent from [info@thebecos.com].

2. A photo of the issue

Shipping

Q. What is the delivery time?

You can choose Air Mail (delivery time: 1-3 weeks) or Surface Mail (delivery time: 1-3 months).

Q. Where is my order shipping from?

All orders are shipped from Tokyo, Japan.

Q. Why haven't I received my order?

You can find the shipping company and tracking number in the delivery confirmation email. Please use the tracking number to check the delivery status.

Q. How can I specify the date and time of delivery?

Sorry, but you cannot specify the date and time when you place an order. You can find the shipping carrier and tracking number in the delivery completion email. Please use the tracking number to coordinate a delivery date and time with the shipping company.

Q.What countries can you ship to?

We can deliver to any country or region in the world where Japan Post, FedEx, and DHL can deliver.
