Hagiwara Co., Ltd., formerly known as Hagiwara Fuichi Shoten, was founded in 1892. Leveraging the longstanding tradition of rush grass cultivation in Okayama, we began by manufacturing and selling "flower mats" (hana-goza), which were gaining popularity at the time.
