Q. What are the benefits of becoming a member?

Q. I signed up for membership, but I haven't received any mail.

A. Please set up your email address to receive emails from the @thebecos.com domain. Please set up your email to be delivered from @thebecos.com domain. If you have a free web-based email address such as Gmail, Yahoo mail, or Outlook.com, it may be automatically sorted into your spam folder or deleted folder. Please change your settings so that emails from our shop are not sorted into the "junk mail" folder.

 

 

About your order

Q. How can I check the status of my order?

A. When your order is complete, you will receive an automatic email from BECOS.

Q. How much is the shipping cost?

A. Shipping to Japan is a flat rate of $8.00(USD) for all countries except Hokkaido and Okinawa, and $1,800.00(USD) for Hokkaido and Okinawa. Shipping to countries other than Japan is $30.00 (USD) and up. Please see the checkout page for details.

Q. I would like to purchase a large quantity.

A. It depends on the availability of the product, so please contact us by e-mail once.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. After confirming your order and making payment, we do not accept cancellations.

Q. I just received my order. Can I return it or exchange it?

A. In principle, we will only accept orders in the event of an initial defect or misdelivery. Please notify us by email within one week of receipt of your item. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason except those listed in our Terms of Service.

Q. How can I return or exchange a product?

A. Please send us an email with the "Reason for return/exchange".

About payment methods

Q. What are the payment methods?

A. "Various Credit Cards", "Amazon Pay", "PayPal" and "Bank Transfer" are available.

Q. How much is the settlement fee?

A. There are no payment fees, and BECOS will pay for them. However, you will have to pay for the bank transfer fee.

Q. How long does it take to receive the product?

A. With the exception of made-to-order items, orders are usually shipped within 1-7 business days from order completion. If you choose the wrapping option, it may take another 2 to 3 business days for us to ship your order. Please note that delivery may be delayed in the event of a rush of orders, delays due to traffic conditions, inability to deliver or delays due to bad weather or disasters, year-end and New Year's holidays, and busy studio periods. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the region you live in.

 

 

About Delivery

Q. Are invoices and receipts enclosed?

A. No "delivery note", "receipt" or any other document with a monetary value is enclosed with the item you receive. Therefore, you can rest assured that you will not have to worry about it when you use it as a gift. If you would like a receipt, you can send us an electronic receipt via email, either in the remarks field on the cart page or by replying to the order confirmation email that BECOS will send you after you have placed your order. We appreciate your cooperation in protecting our customers' personal information and going paperless.

Q. Who should I contact if I don't receive the product I ordered?

A. Please contact the shipping company after confirming the shipping company and tracking number in the email you will receive when your order is shipped. If you do not receive the email, please contact us by email.

Q. What happens if I don't receive my package on time?

A. Please check the email we will send you when your order has been shipped and contact the delivery company. If you do not receive the email, please contact us by email.

Q. Can I specify the time and date of delivery?

A. We are sorry, but we currently do not accept delivery time and date specification.
