Ordering

We accept credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

Shipping to most countries outside of Japan is $20. Shipping to Asia is $10.

We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible, so we generally cannot change or cancel orders. If you made a mistake and need to change the shipping address or product, please contact us promptly by replying to the order confirmation email.

Once your order is completed, you will receive an automatic order email from BECOS. If you are a registered member, you can also check your order details on My Page.

If you are using a free email provider such as Gmail, Yahoo Mail, or Outlook, your email may be automatically sorted into the junk mail folder. Please change your settings so that emails from us ( support@thebecos.com) are not sent to your junk mail folder.

If there is a problem with the item you received, please reply to the order confirmation email with the following three items. If you cannot find your order confirmation email, please search for any email sent from [support@thebecos.com].

Shipping

Delivery by air mail typically takes between 1 and 2 weeks.

All orders are shipped from Tokyo, Japan.

You can find the shipping company and tracking number in the delivery confirmation email. Please use the tracking number to check the delivery status.

Sorry, but you cannot specify the date and time when you place an order. You can find the shipping carrier and tracking number in the delivery completion email. Please use the tracking number to coordinate a delivery date and time with the shipping company.

We can deliver to any country or region in the world where Japan Post, FedEx, or DHL can deliver.

(1) Please keep the outer cardboard, inner packing materials, and merchandise in the same condition as when you received them. The delivery company will come to pick up the item.
(2) Please take a picture of the damaged product.
(3) Please attach the photo to the order confirmation e-mail and contact BECOS regarding the damaged merchandise.
(4) We will arrange a shipment of replacement products, so please wait for delivery.
