KATAKAMI-SHOUYU is a small soy sauce brewery nearly 100 years old in a quiet village at the foot of the mountains in Nara Prefecture.
We carefully select Nara-grown whole round soybeans and other ingredients. We make naturally brewed soy sauce fermented in large cedar vats.
We are sure that our additive-free and unadulterated soy sauce, carefully produced in small quantities, will satisfy our customers who are particular about their food. We hope you will enjoy our soy sauce.
