【NEW ARRIVAL】TORII SAUCE|WOODEN VAT AGED SAUCE

TORII SAUCE was founded in 1924 in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka Prefecture.

We began producing shoyu and vinegar while offering commercial sauces as one of the condiments used in local company cafeterias, where many factories were located, and reintroduced the old-fashioned Worcestershire sauce for use at home.

As the third generation, I have a policy of producing safe and secure food products using as few food additives as possible, and I carefully select the vegetables and fruits that are used as ingredients.

The sauce is fermented and brewed in wooden barrels for a long period of time to bring out the original flavor of the ingredients, and boasts a mild flavor that complements dishes.
