History
Brickwork studio that seems to tell you the long story
I entered the world of craftsmanship when I was 23 years old.
While my older brother chose his own career path, I decided to inherit the family business.
Studying ceramic porcelain in Arita Industrial High School and Nagoya University of the Arts, I entered the world of ceramics right after I graduated.
14 years later, at the age of 37, I finally became the representative.
Currently, in a brickwork studio, my wife and I manufacture potteries as the third generation of my family's business in Hizen Yoshida Ware.
Characteristic
Deliver the fascination of porcelain to next generations
No matter how many years of experiences I have been accumulating, I always get captivated by the beauty of porcelain products every time I open the kiln.
Having those who use my products everyday to feel the way I feel: to be fascinated by the beauty of porcelain products, as my main mission as a craftsman, I take my job seriously and with so much responsibilities.
For Customers
Long-loved products that satisfy customer's heart
Our ultimate goal is to fulfill the customers from the bottom of their hearts through our products.
We used to copy the "trends" and mass produced the same model, but one day realized such production diminishes our identity and originality, and eventually fades our customers away.
Since then, our primary purpose has shifted to keep high quality with originality, even if we can neither mass produce nor quickly produce.
This way, we can successfully gain customers who truly love our porcelain for a long time.
