Kaji Kobo Iwai has inherited the 700-year-old tradition of Echizen hammered blades, and two generations of parents and children have been making kitchen knives one by one with all their heart and soul.

Because they are used every day, we want our customers to use knives that feel comfortable in their hands and have a comfortable center of gravity when they hold them. We are particular about knives that can naturally cut off food when it is cut.
