MARUSHO VINEGAR BREWERY was founded in 1879 in Nachikatsuura-cho, Wakayama Prefecture.
The Nachikatsuura area, which had a thriving fishing industry, consumed a large amount of vinegar, and vinegar brewers lined the streets.
From the time of our founding to the present, we have always been engaged in vinegar brewing and have continued our research to produce delicious vinegar.
