SUMIYABUNJIROU SHOUTEN is a brewery of Mikawa Mirin, founded in 1910 in Hekinan City, Aichi Prefecture.

Mikawa is blessed with water and a mild climate that are ideal for mirin production, and mirin brewing is thriving in this region.

Our Sanshu Mikawa Mirin is made from carefully selected domestic glutinous rice, rice malt, and rice shochu, and is produced using the traditional method of "one measure of rice, one measure of Mirin.
