Takaoka copperware is said to have originated in 1611, when Maeda Toshinaga, the second lord of the Kaga Domain, invited seven foundry artisans from neighboring villages to establish a foundry in Kanayamachi with the aim of promoting industrial development.
Nosaku was founded in 1916 and has expanded its business by manufacturing Buddhist altarware, tea ceremony utensils, and flower vases. In recent years, the company has developed products designed with the user in mind, such as tableware and interior decor.
By leveraging the malleability of tin to achieve intricate detailing, Nosaku has created mobiles featuring delicate craftsmanship and the industry’s first "bendable tableware."
Please enjoy the elegant and gentle luster that blends naturally into any room.
