Yugeta-Shouyu is a soy sauce brewery in Saitama Prefecture with a history of over 200 years.
The soy sauce is made from carefully selected ingredients such as domestic organic soybeans, wheat, natural salt from sea water, and ground water from the Chichibu Mountains.
The resulting soy sauce is not heat sterilized or microfiltrated, so the yeast and lactic acid bacteria are still alive.
