Description
A fan to enjoy the texture of real sooty bamboo!
My name is Fukatsu.
Now, there are only two Edo-style folding fan craftsmen including myself.
Since I finished about 30 processes of Edo folding fans by myself, each one of them is characterized by the individuality of each craftsman.
The gourd pattern is the same as that of the folding fan, in the shape of a spreading tail.
It has long been considered a lucky charm to ward off evil spirits.
The golden gourd pattern on a white background.
The bamboo used for the frame is originally the framework of a straw-sukiyaki roof.
Naturally blackened bamboo is expensive and rare, but its unique pattern and texture can be enjoyed.
This is a gem of a product with the traditional techniques that have been handed down for 150 years.
Please purchase one as a gift for a loved one or as a reward for yourself.
