History
Unique style of work made in the original kiln
Ishimaru Pottery Company was founded in 1948.
In the Hasami Wares production area with 400 years of tradition, the Hayashi Kuro kiln was built in 1968.
The Hayashi Kuro kiln is our original kiln, and we aimed to produce high quality pottery with a unique style not found in other companies.
Characteristic
Time-tested design tableware
We arrange old Imari designs in a modern way.
We create deep-flavored blue-and-white decoration, gorgeous Old Imari style, and exquisitely balanced blue-and-white nishiki (brocade) with our own unique sensibility.
We are trying to create tableware that suits both Japanese and Western dining tables in accordance with the current food culture, and we are trying to keep up with the times.
For Customers
Tableware full of originality
The same design but with a different texture and size for each item is unique.
Even though they have the same design, they are all one-of-a-kind pieces with subtle differences in texture and size.
We hope you will enjoy the differences in texture and size of each piece as one of your own.
Please enjoy the fun time with Hasami Wares.
