Description
Yuji Yamada / Supervision
A bear design that connects several techniques.
Sinkop means "knot" in the Ainu language, and this product is a fusion of traditional wood carving techniques and the latest technology.
This is a small figurine of a bear eating a salmon made of UV resin (black).
The work of Yuji Yamada, an Ainu woodcarver, was converted into 3D data at the Industrial Technology Research Department of the Hokkaido Research Organization and manufactured by the Mirai Group, a Sapporo-based Non-profit. The package was designed by YOKAZU Inc. and TRbiz, an employment support company for people with disabilities.
They are suitable not only for daily use but also as a gift.
