A pair of mugs with a beautiful milky-white pattern throughout the cups. These mugs are produced by Toan, a fourth-generation Kyoto-yaki and Kiyomizu-yaki potter. You can enjoy the beautiful colors of each cup as if flowers are blooming all over the surface.

The colored glazes that produce these gorgeous patterns are the result of new glazes researched and developed by the potter. This glaze is a technique that makes good use of the characteristics of crystallizing glazes, and is characterized by transparent colors that look as if they have been coated with glass. This series, named "Hana Krystal," is representative of Toan's current work.
