Description

Marubun Shota ShinoharaShota Shinohara

It is a pattern that resembles a Confederate rose flower and draws a flower pattern around it.

The charming little bird drawn in the center creates cuteness.

This is the "ZOA Prime" series, which is hand-painted by the current painters, focusing on the so-called early Imari porcelain pattern of the early 17th century.

History

Preservation of tradition & Continuous evolution

We started our business as a wholesaler, but in 2016 with Arita ware's 400th anniversary, we released the original product line ZOA series.

ZOA is named after "zero origin of Arita Ware", with a hope to preserve the tradition from the origin and to further evolve in the future.

Characteristic

Intersection of "past" and "present"

We have two lines for our ZOA series: one that follows the very traditional technique of coloring and painting, and the other that is modern yet artistic, and offered with affordable prices.

These two "ZOA prime" and "ZOA daily" each symbolizes very different concepts, proposing the history of the Arita ware ---the past, and the further possibilities ---future.

For Customers

To propose "smart & modern" Arita Ware

With its 400 years of history, craftsmans of Arita Ware have always tried their best to improve on skills and qualities, allowing thousands of beautiful porcelains to be manufactured.

There are many kinds of porcelains hand-crafted in various places in the world.

However, we are confident that Arita Ware craftsmen have the best potential in terms of manufacturing skills.

Always striving to preserve the origin of Arita ware but constantly incorporating newly invented technologies makes the proposal of "smart and old-fashioned, yet modern" possible.
