Each piece is carefully handcrafted by skilled artisans at a pottery kiln in Mino, Gifu Prefecture. The natural texture of the pottery and the elegant silhouette that fits comfortably in your hand are impressive.

The original "Interior-Like" pattern combines ancient Greek acanthus motifs with birds symbolizing happiness. It also echoes Japanese karakusa(arabesque) patterns and is beloved as an auspicious design symbolizing ‘prosperity’ and "longevity."
