Description
Shiraoi Ainu Association / Supervision
A ballpoint pen that gives you a sense of the gentle flow of time.
RATCITARA means "slow and calm" in Ainu language.
The design is based on a pattern that is traditionally embroidered on a headband.
It was designed in collaboration by members of the Shiraoi Ainu Association, TRbiz (a service providing continuous employment support for people with disabilities), and Yokazu Co.
The body of the pen is a pure malt ballpoint pen produced by Mitsubishi Pencil from carefully selected 100-year-old oak wood (the material used after whisky barrels have finished their work).
We recommend this pen as a lifetime writing companion or as a gift.
